Game on this Saturday to find Flintshire's top Street Fighter

This Saturday (August 6th) the hunt is on to find Flintshire’s top 3DS portable game console player. The challenge, which will be taking place at the Game store on Broughton Shopping Park from 10am, will feature Nintendo’s Super Street Fighter IV 3DS (stereoscopic three dimensional) launched earlier this year.

Anyone is welcome, particularly seasoned portable game console players. They will be invited to pit their skills and nerves against a top professional player who is touring Game stores around the country.

Game’s Dale Hughes, who lives in Connah’s Quay, explains: “Street Fighter has proved to be one of the most successful game franchises, and the 3DS version has really proved a winner. So what better way of celebrating summer than sampling the magic of 3D and having fun at the same time.”

The best player will receive a special award, and all competitors will have the chance to discuss tactics and how to get the most from their console with Dale and his colleagues.

Game is located at Broughton Shopping Park, and opens 10am till 6pm on Saturday, 11am - 5pm on Sunday, and 10am - 8pm weekdays. More information from Dale Hughes, 01224 529 950
