How can I contact the manager?
The Shopping Park Manager is Colin Gilligan and the Operations Manager is Karl Rigby. Contact them on 01244 534 354.

 

Do you provide free car parking?
Yes, we have over 2,100 free car parking spaces.

How can I get there by car?
Broughton Shopping Park is located off junction 35A A55 and the A5104 adjacent to Airbus.

Do you hire out mobility scooters and wheelchairs?
Currently we do not operate a Shopmobility scheme at Broughton Shopping Park but wheelchairs can be loaned free of charge. Contact 01244 534 354 for information.
What do I do if I lose my child?
We operate a safe child scheme which in conjuction with our stores we aim to reunite a lost child with their parents or guardian. Please contact any store or security guard for assistance.

How do I find information about jobs?
Occasionally retailers post vacancies on the website, keep checking the jobs section for new listings. Click here for latest list

Mill House Inn, McDonalds, Costa, Asda Living, Tesco and BHS
Where can I change my baby?
Baby changing facilities are available in McDonalds, Millhouse Inn, Tesco and Centre Management facility adjacent to Costa Coffee.
Where are the toilets?
Facilities are located in the following stores: McDonalds, Millhouse Inn, Asda Living, Tesco and the amenity block

Who can I contact about lost property?
If you have lost something while visiting Broughton Shopping Park then please contact our Security team on 01244 534 354.

Please note that we will ask for proof of ownership to make sure we give property back to its rightful owner.
